Wir haben oft den Wunsch, durch Meditation unseren Geist zu beruhigen und manchmal denken wir, wir brauchen viel Disziplin dazu.
Was mir geholfen hat, ist, es eher so zu sehen, dass ich mindestens in der Zeit der Meditation dem Herzen die Priorität gebe – damit es sich in seiner Weisheit mitteilen kann.
